HashiCorp’s Terraform is a tool that enables businesses to create, change, and optimise infrastructure. Terraform codifies APIs into declarative configuration files that can be shared amongst team members, treated as code, edited, reviewed, and versioned. The challenge posed was in making the big move to Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code. Our team created the Infrastructure-as-Code accelerator called ‘Sputnik’. Sputnik is a tool that converts Infrastructure code from Cloud-specific infrastructure provisioning tools like CloudFormation and ARM into Terraform Code.
